报告摘要：In this work, we determine all the r's and coefficients a's making $x^r(a+x^(3(q-1)))$ permutation binomials of Fq2 , with $q = 2^m$. For even m, we prove that the characterization is both necessary and sufficient. For odd m, we prove that based on the validity of a conjecture, the characterization is also necessary and sufficient. Further, we prove that the conjecture almost holds, i.e, the proportion of

r's we can not make sure is only about 1/40.
